The ship is not the only thing Steve built to scale.

A model railroad layout: a town square with a domed courthouse at the center, brick storefronts, parked cars and a steam locomotive pulling a passenger car past the square.

A town square with a courthouse in the middle of it, storefronts around the edges, parked cars, a fire truck, streetlights, and a steam locomotive coming through with a passenger car behind it.

More photographs of the layout were on the original website and are being recovered. If you have copies, we would like to see them.
